About Us

Ruch Hardware, location in Ruch, Oregon, in the Applegate Valley

Ruch Hardware, located at Ryan’s Outpost in Ruch, was established in 2001 and has served the Applegate Valley community for nearly 15 years.  Over the years, our business has evolved with the changing economy & the needs of the community. In 2014, we changed the name to Ruch Hardware to better reflect the content of the store. We are going strong and continue to work hard to provide folks with a generous inventory and outstanding service.

Our mission is to put our customers in charge. We are here to help you figure out what you need, find it in the store and carry it out to your car for you! If we don’t have what you need, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible and keep it in stock if it’s something you need often. We are always interested in hearing your thoughts and ideas—our customers stock our store!

Shop at Ruch Hardware before driving all the way to town!

We carry basic hardware, plumbing, electrical and construction supplies, grower nutrients, propagation and trellising supplies, live plants, gardening supplies, hunting, fishing, and camping supplies, food processing, preservation, and canning supplies, and pet food and livestock feeds. Meet Tiffany

I’ve lived many of my years in Ruch, and I have always considered it home. The beauty of the Applegate Valley and the great diversity and generosity of the people here is truly unique and wonderful. I had to move away a couple of times for work, but always felt the call of home. Now, I AM home…and very fortunate for the opportunity to live and work here.
